Well I'm back in Hong Kong

Well I'm back in Hong Kong.
I'm not going to say I don't like Hong Kong,(note the scarsam) because, frankly, apart from hair on chickens and the lack of trees, people saying things I don't understand and the fact that I don't like it, it's okay, I guess.
But I miss Singapore.
I didn't sleep at all last night. Today, I practically struggled to pay attention in class. I'm so tired, I couldn't stop yawning. And I won't allow myself to look at the view of Hong Kong a second time. As soon as I see it, I quickly turn- almost like I didn't see it.
I'm so tired, and so depressed. When will I go back to Singapore?!

Marshmallows

A few minutes before this time, I was putting marshmallows into little plastic bags.
They were all flower-shaped, with four different colors- pink, blue, yellow and orange. My cousin bought 6 packs of marshmallows from Mini Toons and we only used two...

Today I go Karaoke!

Hooray! I went to Karaoke today! We went at 7+ 8, and we sang all the way until... 11.39+. It was so exciting! Karin-jiejie held her camera up and recorded some of our singing. At first I was a bit shy, I didn't dare to sing at first, but I couldn't resist it, espically after my favourite songs started to play!

We baked Rock Cakes yesterday

Well, not exactly rock cakes. It was more of cookies actually. But whatever. Now I know how rock cake got its name.
Well, today, during tea, I happily grabbed the bag of cookies that we made yesterday. Then, I sank my teeth into a rock cake.

Man, eating the rock cake felt like eating sweet rocks. It was so hard, and so difficult to bite! Despite that, however, it was still quite tasty. I only wished that the rock cake wasn't so hard to bite...

Finish Baking!

Ah... yes. After baking and waiting for such a long period of time, we finally finished baking our cake and cookies. We made 2 Moist Carrot Cake, since the second chef a.k.a Maria a.k.a Natalie Alexandra loved it soo much. She thought it would be an excellent idea to give it out to her friends. So, we all quickly rushed through the baking process. It felt like a fast forward version of our 1st Moist Carrot Cake, except that we left out alot of ingredients. That probably explained why the 2nd Moist Carrot Cake isn't that moist after all. Other than that, we also baked chocolate chip cookies (mixture), butter cookies: we attemped to shape them using sanrio cookie cutter, but it didn't turn out that well; and last but not least, rock bun (soft) that we rolled out. And because we rolled it, that's why we managed to cut it into many interesting shapes. It was, however, a bit difficult to cut, seeing as we added cornflakes into it...

I baked so many stuff t0day!
First came the carrot cake. It was suppose to be moist carrot cake, so after we put it in to bake and toke it out to check, it was rather watery. We also had special hello kittiy ones. They shape the cake into a star and a heart shape, and the cake is supposed to have a hello kitty head with words that say 'HELLO KITTY' at the back. However, our first try was very bad. You could barely see the Hello Kitty head at all! We're are still going to bake somemore, and I hope that I will make it in time to cut the cake...

Baking

I'm soooooooexcited today. Today, I'm gonna be baking!
We're gonna be baking carrot cake (the real one) and some other stuff which I am not sure of. However, we haven't even started! Our main chef, Ms Karin Tan, is busy ransacking her room. =P She is alightly anxious, 'cos she sacred that the cake won't turn out as hoped... well, hopefully it will....

I'm finally back in Singapore, after such a long wait. I'm currently studying in Singapore International School Hong Kong. Although I have a 'home' in hong kong, I'm not satisfied. I'm very picky and very fussy, so, I prefer my home, Singapore.
Now, I finally managed to get away from Hong Kong, and am currently in Singapore relaxing. A few days later I will be going back to Hong Kong, so I better enjoy Singapore now as much as possible.
